1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Domain Yardım platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the platform. Users under 18 require parental/guardian consent to access the platform.

2. Account Terms

• Registration with accurate and up-to-date information is required.
• One person may open only one account; multiple accounts are prohibited.
• Users are responsible for account security (password confidentiality, etc.).
• You are responsible for all actions performed under your account.
• Domain Yardım may suspend your account in case of suspicious activity.

3. Usage Rules

The following actions are strictly prohibited when using the platform:

• Attacks, spam, phishing, or attempts to spread malware
• Abuse of tools via automated bots (excessive requests)
• Infringement of others' intellectual property rights
• Sharing misleading, fake, or illegal content
• Any action that could damage the platform infrastructure
• Activities violating applicable laws and regulations

4. Use of Services

WHOIS, DNS, SSL, IP Lookup, and other analysis tools may only be used for legitimate informational purposes. Users are responsible for the use of data obtained from these tools for illegal purposes. Domain Yardım does not guarantee the accuracy of tool results; results are for informational purposes only.

5. Intellectual Property

Platform content, design, logo, and software code belong to Domain Yardım and are protected under copyright law. Users may not copy, distribute, or modify platform content for commercial purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

Domain Yardım cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of information obtained from platform tools. The platform is provided "as is"; uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

7. Changes

Domain Yardım reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice. Changes are effective from the date of publication. Continuing to use the platform means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul courts have jurisdiction in disputes.
